Milk Facial Mask Recipes
Milk not only provides nutrients to our bodies, it is also a great ingredient for skin treatment. Milk is rich in milk fat, vitamins and minerals and is a natural skin moisturizer. Milk Facial Mask
Ingredients: 3 tablespoons milk and 3 tablespoons flour
Method 1: Mix 3 tablespoon of milk and 3 tablespoon of flour. Stir well into a mixture.
Application and results: Apply the mixture to whole face. Wash off with lukewarm water when the mask is dried. Apply once to twice a week.
Method 2: Soak several cotton pads with milk.
Application: Place the cotton pads on your face. Wash off with lukewarm water when the cotton pads are dried. Apply once to twice a week.
Milk and Olive Mask
Ingredients: 1 tablespoon milk, olive oil and flour
Method: Mix 1 tablespoon of milk, a few drops of olive oil and flour. Stir well into a mixture.
Application and results: Apply the mixture to whole face. Wash off with lukewarm water. This mask helps reduce wrinkles and restore skin elasticity.
Milk and Strawberry Mask
Ingredients: 50 grams strawberry and 1 cup milk
Method: Crush 50 grams of strawberry. Get the strawberry juice with a filter. Mix the strawberry with 1 cup of milk. Mix well.
Application and results: Apply the mixture to face and neck and massage for a while. Wash off with lukewarm water after 15 minutes. This is a traditional facial mask from Switzerland. It cleanses and nourishes skin, minimizes facial pores and reduces wrinkles.
Milk and Papaya Enzyme Facial Mask
Ingredients: 1/3 papaya and 3 tablespoons milk
Method: Cut the papaya into small pieces. Mix the papaya and milk in a mixer. Soak cotton pads or cotton balls into the mixture.
Application and results: Apply the mixture to face. Wash off with lukewarm water after 20 minutes. Papaya contains Papain which is an excellent cleansing, nourishing and whitening agent. The nourishing and whitening effect is enhanced with the milk.
Milk and Vinegar Mask (Eye Mask)
Ingredients: Milk, vinegar, distilled water
Method: Mix the milk with a little bit vinegar and distilled. Stir well.
Application and results: Apply the mixture around eye areas. Massage your eyes for 3 to 5 minutes. Apply a hot towel afterwards. This mask helps reduce puffy eyes.
Milk and Lavender Cleanser
Ingredients: mild cleansing milk (of your own), 100ml milk and 5 drops Lavender essential oil
Method: Add 5 drops of Lavender essential oil into 100ml milk. Then add the mixture to your own mild cleansing milk. Mix well.
Application and results: Every time washing your face, mix 3ml to 5ml of the cleanser to small amount of fresh milk. Massage your face for 2 minutes. Wash off. This cleanser deeply cleanses and moisture your face at the same time. Lavender essential oil helps soothe skin and prevent irritation.
