Tomato
Tomato is rich in Lycopene, a bright red carotene and carotenoid pigment and phytochemical. It also contains dietary fibers and pectin which decrease the calories of eaten foods. In addition, it also facilitates peristalsis in human intestines.

Kiwi Fruit
Many people know Kiwi Fruit is rich in Vitamin C but not that it is a fat burning food. The special amino acids called Carnitine in Kiwi Fruit is highly valued and used in weight loss industry. Spicy Food

Fish oil does not easily transfer as the body under the skin. You should avoid eating fried fish as it contains too much oil.

Seaweed
Seaweed is rich in Vitamin A, B1 and B2 and most important dietary fibers and minerals. These nutrients facilitate the excretion of body waste and excessive water in our bodies.

Sesame
Sesame is rich in linoleic acid which is an unsaturated omega-6 fatty acid. Linoleic acid is able to remove cholesterol in bloodstream and facilitate metabolism.
