It seems that many celebrities lose weight easily. I do not mean they put little effort on losing weight, but many of them actually have their unique secret formula. It is best to learn from them the fast weight loss tips. Recently, it is discovered that many celebrities include different foods in their diet to lose weight!

Tofu and Milk – Dame Elizabeth Rosemond Taylor
Elizabeth Rosemond Taylor uses tofu as her weight loss diet. Tofu is low in calories but rich in calcium. Besides, it gives you a feel of fullness. When you are in a milk diet, it is best to include tofu into the diet as well as a supplement!

Milk and Apple Diet – Alva Hsiao
This special diet requires you to eat apple and drink milk only. In the first day, you only eat apple and no other food, drink and even water. You are allowed to eat around 2kg of apples, roughly 5 to 6 apples for a whole day. Eat slowly so that you feel less hungry.

In the second day, you drink milk only. Drink 1,000ml of milk in 6 to 7 portions. Drink one portion at a time. You can return to your normal diet in the third and fourth day. Then start the milk and apple diet in the fifth and sixth day.

Eating apple in the first day allows the losing water. As most of water has been lost in the first day, fat are lost in the second day with milk diet.

Chili and Peanut Butter
Chili is hot. Eating chili makes you warm because your metabolic rate has been increased. Such increase in metabolic rate facilitates fat burning. Therefore, eating proper amount of chili can help lose weight! Small amount of peanut butter also facilitates weight loss.

Carbohydrates and vegetables versus Meat and vegetables

A famous weight loss tip is to eat only carbohydrates (like rice, noodle and spaghettis) and vegetables only for a month. In the following month, eat only meat and vegetables with no carbohydrates.

Fat requires carbohydrates for digestion and absorption. Eating carbohydrates and vegetables (without meat) at the same time minimizes the fat intake and absorption. On the other hand, eating meats and vegetables (without carbohydrates) at the same time leads to poor digestion and absorption of fat.

Milk – Bebe Neuwirth and Maggie Cheung
Bebe Neuwirth drinks 700ml of low fat or no fat milk every day. As most of the fact content from cow milk has been removed, it tends to be thinner. But the taste is less rich compared to milk.

Maggie cheung does not encourage fasting as a method to lose weight. But, she recommends eating less oily. She believes keeping a good balance of nutrients like protein, fat, vitamin and carbohydrate is important. Therefore, she drinks 3 cups of milk every day to supply her with sufficient nutrients.
